Room Prices vary according to the type of
room & time of year. Lower prices reflect off-
season, mid- week, & some weekends. Higher prices: peak seasons,
holidays & some weekends. Fall foliage prices are a bit higher
than the prices listed below. Prices based upon two people per room
unless noted. |

The Finer Points & Policies Add an 9% NH Room & Meals Tax to the prices. Personal checks are accepted and must be received three weeks prior to arrival. Visa & Master Card are accepted. Deposits: A deposit in full is required for a one or two night stay to secure a reservation. For three nights, a first & last night's deposit is required. A 50% deposit is required for four or more nights. Cancellations: We have a two-week cancellation policy. Cancellation must be done by phone NOT by the Internet. If you cancel prior to two weeks you will receive your deposit back minus a $25 processing fee/per room. HOLIDAYS & HOLIDAY WEEKS: A three-week cancellation is required for holiday periods and fall foliage. In the event that you cancel your reservation's outside of the cancellation period, we will refund your payment ONLY IF WE ARE ABLE TO RE-RENT YOUR ROOM --AND WE WILL TRY! However if we are unsuccessful in re-renting your room we will keep your deposit. In the case of an on-arrival or departure prior to your scheduled check out date, you are still responsible for your entire reservation and will be charged. If we are successful in re-booking your room, you will not be charged for the nights the room is re-rented. Packages Policy : A separate policy applies for packages. This package cannot be combined with any other offers or promotions. A deposit in full is required for packages and are non-cancellable.-We are a NON-SMOKING INN, however you are welcome to smoke on the covered porch or grounds. There is a $200 cleaning fee for anyone smoking inside the inn.-Check out: 10:30 AM- Check in: 4:00-8:00 PM or by prior arrangement. Please call us and let us know if you are going to be later than your expected arrival time. -No pets are allowed, but we'll share ours. -Children must be supervised at all times. |

Air Transportation: Portland Airport, Portland ME. (60 miles) Fryeburg Airport, Fryeburg, ME. (15 miles). Manchester Airport, Manchester, NH (90 miles). Logan Airport, Boston, MA (130 miles). Burlington VT Airport (150 miles) Directions: From Boston: 1-95 N. to Rt. 16 N. Follow signs to the "White Mtns.", then onto Conway) (DO NOT go into North Conway). In about 1/4 mile you will see the Majestic Movie Theatre on your left then a Sunoco Gas Station on the left. Get in the left hand turning lane and at the 4- way lighted intersection, turn left onto Washington St. Go 1 block & stay left where the road forks- this will put you on West Side Rd. Directions from Portland, ME.
Take Rt. 302
West through Windham, Naples, & Bridgeton to Fryeburg. ME.
Stay straight & continue onto 302 North for about 10 minutes. You
will approach traffic light & a sign to North Conway- DO NOT TAKE
THIS, instead continue going straight for two miles INTO
CONWAY VILLAGE. At Conway go to the 2nd set of traffic lights, turn
right onto Washington St. Go one block, then where the road
forks stay left. This puts you on West Side Rd. Go 5 miles and we
are on the right.
